LENGTH OF SHOWS
|
|
Most shows are about 45 minutes in length. Please
allow one hour for seating and performance. Allow a ten-minute reset
time for back-to-back shows.

| |
|
STAGE SHOWS
|
| Performers need a flat, indoor floor space. A raised
stage is not necessary. Teachers should leave a center aisle when
seating the students. |
| |
|
IN-THE-ROUND-SHOWS
|
Performers need a cleared, flat indoor floor space.
They will tape off a small performing space in the center of the room.
Performers will greet and seat the children as they enter the room.
If possible, organize children in order of age, with youngest children
entering the room first.
Please limit all assemblies to 300 students. This is VERY IMPORTANT.
It maintains the integrity and intimacy of the show, and ensures the
safety of everyone in the room. If your room has a lower occupancy
than 300, please limit your students to that number. |

KINDERGARTEN SHOWS
|
| Kindergarten children vary widely in
their ability to understand and enjoy live performance. Age and language
ability of the children, as well as topic of shows, are all factors
to be considered. Please consult with our office regarding kindergarten
attendance. |
